Shipment of goods
The shipment takes place on working days from Monday to Friday. All goods purchased in our store by 12 am are sent on the same day. The average delivery time is about 30h, so the vast majority of shipments reach our customers the next day after sending.
All purchased items are sent via DPD courier company and are picked up from our warehouse after 12 am.
We make every effort to ensure that the items ordered by you arrive safely to the destination, so all packages are insured for the full amount. For each order, a receipt or invoice is added at the request of the buyer.
After making the purchase and choosing the method of payment, the order goes to the realization, where the packaging and delivery to the courier occurs. At the moment of delivery, a link is generated with the option of tracking the package, which is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the buyer during the order.
After receiving the package, please check it carefully, in case of any doubts as to the content of the package, please open the package in the presence of the courier.
